We purchased a new Honda odyssey wheelchair van. The process was a little clunky but ok. We needed a power inverter installed. They said it would take a few days to get it done. After 4 days they said the part was on back order. So we picked up the van without the inverter. They said they would call in the next couple of days to schedule the install. After waiting almost two weeks I contacted them and asked about it. Miraculously the part had just come in that day. I made an appointment for their first appointment of the morning They said it would take 2 hours. I made nursing arrangements for our daughter with some wiggle room for just in case…. It wasn’t enough. I took over 4 hours. I wasn’t the only one waiting either. They did offer for me to take a rental van for the hour and a half drive home but since we didn’t have nursing again until the following week they said I couldn’t take the van after all. Brian the service person - didn’t seem to care and actually seemed annoyed that I was frustrated with it taking so much extra time even though I told him about the nursing situation. So overall it’s just ok. But for how much we paid and how flexible we were with scheduling the installation of the power inverter so our daughter could actually use the van I expected better. It leaves me worried about what type of service we’ll get if anything else happens. I will be looking to see if there is anywhere else to get service. I would hesitate to buy from here because of this.

So, the first time my son got hand controls installed here, the mechanic installed a part that wasn't on the prescription (the foot brake). I asked that it be uninstalled (I think it added about 1000.00 to the end cost), and the guy was so greasy, that he actually charged us to uninstall it. So I wrote a review about that experience, and found that Absolute Mobility doesn't place any value on a customers experience or opinion of service, and instead of making things right, they blacklisted us. We found this out when 5 years later, my son got a new car, and we contacted them for service to switch the controls from one vehicle to another. They actually told my son that since we gave them a bad review, they didn't want to continue the relationship for fear we wouldn't be happy with the service. So, they denied ia disabled 26 year old kid, transferring the hand controls that they originally installed because THEY screwed up the first time and we said something about it. The good thing out of this, we'll steer clear of greaseballs in Woodinville. We found United Access in Everett and received better service than we could have imagined. Absolutely Mobility charged us over 5K, and before they knew who we were, quoted us over the phone an estimate of 2500.00 to do the transfer, and they'd have to keep the car for 4 days of service. At United Access, first they were not greasy and actually very kind and considerate, AND the entire service cost $936.00 AND it was complete within 6 hours. If our experience can help anyone and redirect them to United Access, then I know I've earned my place in Heaven. Absolute Mobility is a greasy rip off that pretends to "care" for a very specific vulnerable customer base, but instead of doing the "right thing" by fairly adding value to their lives, they tip toe around truth and take advantage. Conversely, United Access is just the opposite. In the end, we have to thank Abosolute Mobility, because after refusing to provide service, they referred us to United Access and we found the best mobility center in Washington State. Whatever you do, please go to United Access. Ciao Absolute Mobility!

Went in to get new brackets for my spin knob, due to purchasing a new vehicle. My old brackets were to small (Steering wheel is fatter in new car). In the end I have a new spin knob. Everybody was exceptionally professional and helpful. The main office person and the owner were both very personable and inquired as to my needs. They were also very attentive to the needs of my service dog, Christopher. As a Desert Storm, Afghanistan, Iraq Freedom Veteran, they were very conscientious of my needs. They are very friendly and open to helping any way they can. I highly recommend their services and the personnel that work there. The owner is fabulous also!

I would have given them 4 stars however I was reminded today that they are still vehicle sales people. Went in to drop our van off for a promised repair and noticed 500$ off coupons on the counter, when I inquired as to why we didn't get 500 off I was told I must not have grabbed one. We were never at the counter and I believe they should have handed us one. We put 15,000 down so would have been nice for them to say " here is a coupon for 500" every bit help when you are buying an almost 70000 vehicle but nope gotta get every dollar. Other than that aspect I am very pleased with the dealership and our purchase
